  • Am I able to take only the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) or Conflict Management (CM) assessment, or is it required to take both?
Yes, you can choose to take either the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) assessment or the Conflict Management (CM) assessment independently. However, because strong global leadership requires both cultural awareness and effective conflict management skills, we highly encourage you to take both assessments for a more comprehensive understanding of your leadership strengths and areas for growth.
  • Does global leadership training primarily focus on Cultural Intelligence (CQ), Conflict Management (CM), or both?
Global leadership training focuses on both Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Conflict Management (CM), as both are essential for effective leadership in diverse, international contexts. The 3-day training is designed to explore these two foundational pillars—helping participants understand each area individually and then integrate them to strengthen their global leadership capabilities.
  • Why does Global Leadership Training require a minimum of 5 participants?
Global Leadership Training is conducted on an organizational basis and is most effective when multiple team members participate together. The minimum requirement of five participants is intended to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that maximizes organizational impact. Group-based activities—such as case studies, role plays, and facilitated discussions—are integral to the training and rely on diverse perspectives to simulate real-world scenarios.
